Classes by request for non-residents
For students not staying at Maison d’Être, classes will be open on a space-available basis and will include the recipes of the day and the same amenities as the resident cooks.

COST: 
$3000.00 per week per person, double occupancy; $300 per person each additional day. Prices are per person.  All prices and services are subject to confirmation. The price includes:
Accommodation
breakfast, food made with any cooking lesson, several lunches or dinners as indicated
transportation to and from the Cahors train station
visit to local markets
tour of the cave paintings at Pech Merle
tour and lunch at Chateau Couanac
an unforgettable dinner celebration in your private garden with live local music and dancing
A bakers apron and hat to use when baking and
a handbook filled with the recipes, maps, and useful information, including common french phrases.

Rates exclude alcohol, airfare, bike rental. Rooms are double occupancy and may have shared bath.

There is much to do in the area. A week is not enough! For a more extended visit in the Lot, we recommend adding extra days to enjoy the many other activities in the area.

  Shop at brocante markets,
  Hunt for Dolmen,
  Take long walks on the Ancient Tow path or the Grand Randonee
  Go Spelunking in local caves
  Visit the spa at the Hotel across the river

  Taste wine at any of the many wineries that abound in the area

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A deposit of $1000 per person is required eight weeks in advance. Full payment is due by six weeks in advance. 

We accept payment by check, paypal or bank transfers. Reservations are not accepted without a deposit. 

Pilgrims au Pain reserves the right to withdraw or modify our courses at any time. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the course booked, we will return all monies paid or offer an alternative course.

CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation less than two months before class start date, the initial deposit will not be reimbursed. In case of cancellation less than one month before departure, the full amount is retained. Any guest who has paid in full and must cancel, may either attend another class or may transfer the reservation to another person. The purchase of adequate travel and holiday insurance is strongly advised.

LIMITATION:  
In consideration of the fees paid:  The guest assumes all risks incident to travel and transportation and your stay with us.  We are not responsible and have no liability for accidents, loss or damage from any cause.  While service providers and others we arrange will provide reliable services, they are independent contractors and we are not responsible for accidents, loss or damage while they serve you or you are with them.  We reserve the right to cancel any arrangements and shall return to guest all monies paid if the arrangements are completely cancelled, or if partially cancelled, a proportionate part.  Under such circumstances, we shall have no further liability for any damages or compensation of any kind.
